Jan. 23–Californians will get to vote on whether to overturn a landmark health insurance law that would require many of the state’s employers to offer health insurance to workers, an appeals court ruled Thursday.
The ruling is a victory for business interests who have called the law a “job killer” and vowed to overturn it. Their referendum to repeal the law now appears headed for the November ballot.
